{"id":807,"date":"2026-01-14T00:04:05","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T00:04:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gocommunicationbol.com\/?p=807"},"modified":"2026-01-14T00:04:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T00:04:07","slug":"policia-enfoca-investigacion-de-muerte-de-yuvinka-en-su-entorno-familiar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gocommunicationbol.com\/?p=807","title":{"rendered":"Polic\u00eda enfoca investigaci\u00f3n de muerte de Yuvinka en su entorno familiar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Las autoridades investigan el entorno familiar y cercano de Yuvinka, la ni\u00f1a de ocho a\u00f1os hallada sin vida en La Guardia, tras descartar la hip\u00f3tesis inicial de rapto y tipificar el caso como infanticidio.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Santa Cruz, 13 de enero de 2026.<\/strong> &#8211; La investigaci\u00f3n por la muerte de Yuvinka, la ni\u00f1a de ocho a\u00f1os hallada sin vida en La Guardia, dio un giro decisivo. <strong>La Polic\u00eda confirm\u00f3 que las pesquisas se concentran ahora en el entorno familiar y cercano de la menor<\/strong>, descartando la hip\u00f3tesis inicial de rapto tras contradicciones de un testigo clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director departamental de la Felcc, Gilmar Valencia, inform\u00f3 que cuatro grupos especializados trabajan de manera permanente en la zona. <strong>\u00abSe est\u00e1 haciendo un trabajo muy profesional juntamente con la Defensor\u00eda y la Fiscal\u00eda\u00bb<\/strong>, asegur\u00f3 Valencia, al detallar que el trabajo se centra en el an\u00e1lisis del contexto familiar, vecinal y social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal del caso, Adalid D\u00edaz, precis\u00f3 la nueva tipificaci\u00f3n. <strong>\u00abSe han ido descartando versiones iniciales y ahora se investiga un hecho de infanticidio\u00bb<\/strong>, explic\u00f3, a\u00f1adiendo que tambi\u00e9n se analiza la posibilidad de que el crimen se haya cometido en otro lugar y el cuerpo fuera trasladado posteriormente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las diligencias enfrentan limitaciones log\u00edsticas en el \u00e1rea periurbana, como la ausencia de c\u00e1maras de seguridad y viviendas dispersas.
