Villa Berthet, 24 de diciembre de 2025.<\/strong> – Una joven de 21 a\u00f1os se film\u00f3 agrediendo f\u00edsicamente a su beb\u00e9 de siete meses<\/strong> y envi\u00f3 el video a su expareja, padre del menor, con el mensaje \u00abViste, \u00e9l nom\u00e1s est\u00e1 pagando por tu culpa\u00bb<\/strong>. El estremecedor caso fue denunciado en la localidad de Villa Berthet, provincia de Chaco, Argentina, y deriv\u00f3 en la intervenci\u00f3n de la Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El padre, identificado como J.G., radic\u00f3 la denuncia tras recibir el material. Seg\u00fan su relato, la relaci\u00f3n hab\u00eda terminado hace dos meses y la joven le enviaba mensajes amenazantes<\/strong> afirmando que iba a \u00abtirar o matar\u00bb al ni\u00f1o. La Fiscal\u00eda N\u00b04 de Villa \u00c1ngela y la Unidad de Protecci\u00f3n Integral (UPI) dispusieron de inmediato la desvinculaci\u00f3n de la madre y la tenencia provisoria para el padre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dicos practicados al beb\u00e9 determinaron que presentaba un hematoma en la rodilla izquierda y en la zona lumbar<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de palidez de piel y posible anemia. Durante la intervenci\u00f3n, las autoridades tambi\u00e9n resguardaron a otro ni\u00f1o de dos a\u00f1os que viv\u00eda con la acusada<\/strong>, quien presentaba excoriaciones en la espalda y signos de posible anemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El video de la agresi\u00f3n se viraliz\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente en redes sociales, generando conmoci\u00f3n en la localidad. La madre fue notificada sobre su situaci\u00f3n legal y apartada del contacto con los menores. El caso se encuentra en proceso de investigaci\u00f3n por parte de la fiscal\u00eda y la UPI, que eval\u00faan medidas adicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
