Seg\u00fan el legislador, el expresidente ha convertido a la regi\u00f3n del Tr\u00f3pico de Cochabamba en un <em>\u00abrefugio\u00bb<\/em> para evadir los requerimientos de la justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abNecesitamos tropas extranjeras para capturar a Evo Morales\u00bb<\/em>, asever\u00f3 Reyes al fundamentar su postura en el reducido contingente policial disponible en el pa\u00eds para encarar operativos de esa magnitud en dicha zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el parlamentario cuestion\u00f3 abiertamente la actitud de varios efectivos policiales que fueron captados saludando a Morales durante sus recientes desplazamientos.
