El dirigente social <strong>se encuentra procesado por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en las medidas de presi\u00f3n<\/strong> y bloqueos de caminos que se prolongaron durante 53 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n del juzgado <strong>estableci\u00f3 adem\u00e1s un conjunto de medidas cautelares complementarias<\/strong> para el imputado. El juez <strong>dispuso el arraigo nacional, la prohibici\u00f3n de comunicarse con otros involucrados<\/strong> en el proceso y la obligaci\u00f3n de realizar la presentaci\u00f3n semanal ante las oficinas del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La representaci\u00f3n fiscal <strong>hab\u00eda solicitado inicialmente la detenci\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong> del dirigente en un centro penitenciario.
