La medida cautelar se dict\u00f3 dentro de la investigaci\u00f3n del denominado <strong>caso Fondo Ind\u00edgena<\/strong>, que aborda presuntas irregularidades administrativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n judicial responde a la solicitud de la Fiscal\u00eda, que investiga un <strong>presunto da\u00f1o econ\u00f3mico millonario al Estado boliviano<\/strong>.
