Las pericias realizadas al tel\u00e9fono celular del sindicado revelaron conversaciones de fecha <strong>29 de noviembre de 2025<\/strong> con el <strong>teniente Marvin Manzaneda<\/strong>, en las que se coordinaba el ingreso de una aeronave al espacio a\u00e9reo nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un segundo informe fechado el <strong>13 de febrero<\/strong> consigna que el <strong>capit\u00e1n Cristian Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong> solicit\u00f3 al <strong>teniente Marvin Manzaneda<\/strong> autorizar la salida de <strong>41 aeronaves<\/strong> desde el departamento del <strong>Beni<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan el control jurisdiccional, la oferta econ\u00f3mica ascend\u00eda a <strong>$us 10.000<\/strong> por cada unidad a\u00e9rea, alcanzando una cifra global de <strong>$us 410.000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abSe encontraron todos los elementos suficientes para demostrar su participaci\u00f3n\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 <strong>Gustavo R\u00edos<\/strong>, <strong>fiscal asignado al caso Maletas<\/strong>. El investigador se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el proceso busca determinar si se concret\u00f3 la cobertura para la salida de las aeronaves mencionadas en la declaraci\u00f3n del <strong>teniente Marvin Manzaneda<\/strong>.
