La Fiscal\u00eda identific\u00f3 como sospechoso a su excu\u00f1ado, quien ingres\u00f3 al domicilio antes del hallazgo del cuerpo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Alto, 06 de marzo de 2026. &#8211;<\/strong> Una adolescente fue asesinada en su vivienda en la ciudad de El Alto y la Fiscal\u00eda identific\u00f3 como principal sospechoso a su excu\u00f1ado, Joel A. Ch. F., de 23 a\u00f1os, quien seg\u00fan las investigaciones ingres\u00f3 al inmueble alrededor de las 12:45 del mi\u00e9rcoles 4 de marzo. Horas despu\u00e9s sali\u00f3 del lugar y, posteriormente, la hermana de la v\u00edctima encontr\u00f3 el cuerpo sin vida a las 16:40 en la habitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en una vivienda ubicada en la zona Santiago II de la ciudad de El Alto, donde la adolescente fue hallada acostada en su cama, en posici\u00f3n fetal, cubierta con frazadas y con el uniforme escolar. El fiscal departamental de La Paz, Luis Torrez, inform\u00f3 que el Equipo Multidisciplinario de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Delitos Contra la Vida realiz\u00f3 los primeros actos investigativos en el lugar. \u201cSe realizaron el acta de acci\u00f3n directa, el registro fotogr\u00e1fico del lugar, el levantamiento del cad\u00e1ver y la autopsia del Instituto de Investigaciones Forenses\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe del Instituto de Investigaciones Forenses (IDIF) estableci\u00f3 como causa de muerte anoxia cerebral, compresi\u00f3n cervical externa y asfixia mec\u00e1nica por estrangulaci\u00f3n manual.
